Ken Burns has outdone himself again, with "The National Parks: America's Best Idea" series! Just managed to record a complete copy for later viewing on my DVD recorder.
I notice in one of the "making of" outtakes Ken is interviewed, as always with his wonderful passion for the work he does. He talks about hiking with his Dad (I imagine in New Hampshire) and watching the waterfalls cascading "a few meters" in front of him. I liked the "few meters" used in casual conversation, like to hear more of it! Nat
