I bought some two cycle oil to mix with gasoline for my snowblower. I didn't look carefully until I got home. It is labelled 1 PT (16 FL OZ), but NO metric. All of my bottles of oil for 4-cycle engines are marked in dual, and motor oil is covered under the UPLR, not FPLA. Is there some exception for two-cycle oil that I don't know about, or is Pennzoil just in violation? Maybe I'm not paying attention, but it is the first time I've noticed oil NOT marked in dual since 1994. My state has adopted the permissive metric only of UPLR (although it isn't used anyway due to two holdout States). But there is no Customary-only provision to my knowledge.
