Start of Decimal Year on - 10Oct.2010/MJD2455480(Sun) - can also be in line 
with the current Gregorian Year celebrating the Metric Decaday between 05 
October 2010 (Tuesday) thro 14 October 2010 (Thursday) accomodating the Metric 
Week 2010 and World Standards Day 2010! 

By then, I wonder if 'any alternate to the possible world calendar' is likely
