Pzed Ingerman, Tom Peters sirs:

May I assume that Tom Peters is either NOT AWARE or IGNORING my published
contributions, while still in Air Force service - knowing the topic to be
virgin, as I stood before VAST sea of knowlege untapped - of course within my
resources. My base work relate to:

1. Metric Norms for Time Standard; Standards Engineer, Bureau of Indian
Standards; V5 N4; 1971 Oct.-Dec.; pp 58-62

2. The Metric Second; Indian Standards Institution Bulletin, New Delhi; V 25 N
4; 1973 April; pp 152-7

My input as at: http://www.brijvij.com/bb_metro-contrbn.2007.pdf may be seen in
the light of my contributions through Indian Standards & in Indian MEDIA since
1971 and later discussions since mid 2002.

I think, Tom also like many other experts remain confused with *metrication &
decimalisation*. How can Le Systeme Internationale d'Unites (SI Metric Units)
be complete with knowing the clear distinction between 'decimal distribution of
units' and 'UNITS related to Length Unit Metre'. Please see, my proposed
definitions for

new TIME and LENGTH units at: http://www.brijvij.com/bb_deci-sec-nu-mtr.pdf

I place a small brief at: http://www.brijvij.com/bb_364-dGreg-cal-Reform.pdf
