May I assume that Tom Peters is either NOT AWARE or IGNORING my published contributions, while still in Air Force service - knowing the topic to be virgin, as I stood before VAST sea of knowlege untapped - of course within my resources. I think, Tom also like many other experts remain confused with *metrication & decimalisation*. How can Le Systeme Internationale d'Unites (SI Metric Units) be complete with knowing the clear distinction between 'decimal distribution of units' and 'UNITS related to Length Unit Metre'.
