I assume that Panasonic had some measurements for their microwaves,
although the people in the office perhaps no nothing about the products
they sell, they just process the orders.
It is a shame that their response to you was so lame as to lose your
custom. Very unprofessional. I have a Panasonic digital camera, which is
great, although it shows a focal range on the screen only in feet. I
asked them if they had updated firmware to show it in metric, but they
could not provide any. The information in the manual though had all
metric units for focal ranges.
