Heard about this Taiwanese coffee chain on NPR the other day. They're called 85C Coffee, the name being derived from 85 degrees Celsius, which is said to be the ideal brewing temperature for coffee. Making their way into the US, it looks like they dropped the degree symbol and just settled for plain 85C. Below's the link to the story:
