Martin, I just (repeated) a more careful measurement of my 1998 hard copy of 
the Brochure. The result: 210 mm by 299 mm.
Of course, my instrument, a plastic scale from the Ford (and UAW) Research & 
Engineering Center, may not be a precision device of the highest quality.
