Guys, guys, I thought the sarcasm dripping from my post was sufficient. I was poking fun at the author measuring in inches and converting. I'd rather have an all-metric tape too, but dual is easier to come by. If you need data in millimeters, it AT LEAST makes sense to get a dual tape, not convert from inches. Shudder! The horror of those damn fractions.
