This is a sanded plywood panel with no "holes" like one occasionally sees in the outer ply of constructions sheathing, etc. It is suitable for painting but I don't think the grain on the outer plies are good enough for staining or varnishing.

Keep in mind that I used a $10 tape measure with an unassigned uncertainty value to measure it. And I took one measurement of one panel. This is the summer season and the plywood can expand a bit due to moisture and temperature. The temperature in my house, in which it has now been sitting for ~12 h, is ~25 °C with a relative humidity of 54 %.

That shoots a large 3 mm hole in my +0 tolerance argument. Of course, it only applies to construction grade plywood, and I assume this is a cabinet grade.

The length, according to my roll-up metal tape measure, is 2441.5 mm. I cannot measure the width since each panel was ripped at the store.
