At least in the AP article they included the metric and if you notice, the
metric is rounded compared to the non-metric.  

Did you mean to state 35 km/h?  I see 22 mph not 22 km/h in the brackets.

At 22 km/h, this will never be successful commercial aviation, but it is an
interesting story.

 

As a prime example of how AP metric policy can ruin a good metric story, I
