The hanger kit I ordered to allow the height of the light reflector (and bulb socket) is labeled "Easy-Roller", made by SeeChance. The sheet of directions provided by the greenhouse equipment supplier says that each of these two suspension rollers can support 11 pounds, for a total of 22 pounds. To my delight, the devices themselves say "Max 5 kg", with no mention of pounds. When the tension is set correctly, the reflector can be raised (by lifting) or lowered (with a downward pull) to the desired position and it should stay there. Sigh. For the curious (off topic): I'm going to use a metal halide (MH) lamp for the greens. Next year when we grow fruiting vegetables (e.g., tomatoes), I will use a high pressure sodium (HPS) bulb. MH lamps are "bluish" (short wavelength end of the visible spectrum) and HPS lamps are "yellowish" or "reddish", (longer wavelengths).
