The 2011 Edition of NIST Handbook 133 "Checking the Net Contents of Packaged Goods, arrived June 9. This Edition was approved by the National Conference on W&M in 2010. I now have all three of the 2011 Editions of Handbooks 44, 130, and 133. I intend to resume efforts to extract the provisions stated in SI (and to encourage suppression of the non-metric portions to the greatest extent permitted by current state laws in the USA, i.e. exclusions of non-SI units allowed by the UPLR ).
