I noticed that the organic juices sold under the name Naked (they are similar
to Odwalla) come in 450 mL small bottles. I was going to email them a
thank-you, and to possibly ask why they selected 450 mL rather than 16 oz. (it
says 15.2 oz [450 mL]). Any thoughts before I do? I think their competitors
do bottles in ounces.

I'd wonder why not 500 mL (an even half-liter). As it stands now, it is a slightly smaller size than the competitors and over the past couple of years, product package portion sizes have been noticeably shrinking. Just a few months ago, Kimberly-Clark even shrank the sizes of their rolls of Scott 1000 TP. Previously, they were 115 mm wide, now they are 104 mm wide - 10% smaller (yep, same price as before).

Grrrrr......
