In Australia we have no 1c and 2c coins any more. The smallest coin is the 5c coin. Prices are still quoted in single cents, but when you pay in coin the price is rounded up or down. So $19.98 and $19.99 will cost you $20, but $19.97 and $19.96 will be rounded down to $19.95.
