I saw an Interesting ad in New York magazine for an apartment in Manhattan. They quoted the interior size as 3,200 SF (297 SM). I don't think most ad's in Canada even use metric units yet let alone an ad in New York City. Unfortunately all the room dimensions are in feet only. Oh the starting price is $1.25 M.
