That's a little strange. I'm not sure about dual dimensions on fasteners. Therey are kind of like speed limits, be one or the other, dual just adds confusion in this case. Perhaps they are not so bad on wood screws, self-tapping screws etc, but I think they would be a bad idea on machine screw threads.
