Per Wikipedia, there is a team sport called "team handball" played on a 40 m x 20 m court. They are apparently referring to this court, not the court for individual handball. Also note the statement that a SMALLER version of tchoukball (with smaller teams) is played on a basketball court ( 28.65 m x 15.24 m).
