Lowblaws RecipesRecipesof Canada has a weird sense of measurements for their recipes, it is not consistent. Half cup = 125 mL, but 1/4 cup = 50 mL, one Tbs = 15 mL, but two Tbs = 25 mL, and they still apparently sell canned items in ounces.
