I've been reviewing the materials that Intex provides for its above ground pools, particularly one rated as 16 ft diameter and 42 in depth. That would sound rather non-metric:

However, I've been reading the detailed brochures and watching the videos they provide on that page. So far those seem quite metric and, indeed, metric-only! The rated water level is 3 cm above the intake filter nozzle. The ladder is rated for 136 kg. And so forth. No non-metric equivalents were provided with those. They do indeed expect the user/assembler to know how large a centimeter is!
