Bah, it is just a plot to end metrication in the United States.  They want to 
eliminate the penny and nickel, our only metric coins, 2.50 and 5.00 g 
respectively.  Dime, quarter and half dollar weights are chosen to represent 
$20/lb, and the dollar coin $56/lb.
 
I am joking.  Metrication is not a good argument to keep the penny, but the 
above facts are true.
Unit pricing:
Penny: $4/kg
Nickel: $10/kg
Dimes, quarters half-dollars: $20/lb
Dollar coins: $56/lb

Id put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we
