Subject: [USMA:51906] Fractals and SI

Good Day Everyone:

I hope all is well. I am trying to get my head around fractals, very cool Math!
I know this seems crazy but do you think that SI was designed as (or is) a
fractal/ has a fractal pattern?

See, I am not even sure how to best ask the question :-)
