I just finished a novel by Robert Ludlum and Eric Van Lustbader, _The
Bourne Betrayal_, 2007.
The entire novel was in metric with one slip-up. At one point, the foot
is used as a unit of distance. Otherwise all distances were given in
meters and kilometers. I don't recall any mention of temperatures,
volumes, etc. but there was an area given in square kilometers. I see
this more and more for scenarios taking place outside the US, as much of
this one did. But this novel maintained that pattern for scenarios
taking place inside the US as well.
