Right, the sign was fabricated for a zoo exhibit in Rochester, I have no idea 
how they developed it but someone purposely left the WOMBAT off the non 
Rochester signs.  Whoever design it obviously used the miles conversion on the 
Rochester sign since it’s in the US, maybe it was a bit of a jab at our 
countries non conversion.

The original appears to have been taken in either Kenya, Tanzannia or possibly 
Uganda.  The Tanzannian border is 120 km from Nairobi and the Ugandan border is 
350 km.

BTW, there is no mile equivalent for either Johannesburg or Nairobi..
