Just in case anybody is interested, I published a metric cookbook in 1974 or 1975 when I was working at Lindblom High School in Chicago.
I'm interested in doing it again, if anyone wants to help and supply recipes.

It seems to be a good time to contact them again thank and praise them. At least to counterbalance possible negative response from the non-metric viewers.
