I looked up recipes on Food.com for a curry dish. I noticed a toggle between US and Metric. I took a look and to my disappointment for example is 2 tablespoons butter for US and 29.89ml butter for metric measure. I contacted the company by e-mail on their site giving examples of 30 mL for 2 tablespoons and gave a reference to The Metric Kitchen Site. Have not received a response, do not think I will! Sadly the metric conversion is window dressing for show! -- Sincerely, Edward B.
