Resending.  I originally sent this Sunday but the list server doesn't appear to
have sent it out.  My apologies if it turns out to be a duplicate.

This thread is inspired by one on the ACWM page noting the company sells root
beer in a 12 fl oz size NOT also properly labeled in metric per FPLA.  Boylan
is a small specialty soft drink bottler located in New Jersey.  One of their
notes to fame is the use of natural flavors and cane sugar.  Another is that
many (but not all) of their flavors and sizes are non-compliant with FPLA,
completely lacking dual labeling.  I wrote them about a month ago, inquiring
about this, but they totally ignored the inquiry.

Most of their sodas in a 12 oz bottlehave no metric.  One exception is a new
(and seasonal) flavor called Shirley Temple.  It is labelled in dual.  However,
at least their root beer is offered in a 16 oz too and it is properly labelled
, while the 12 oz is not.

Their seltzers (flavored
but unsweetened water) are more of a mixed bag, two flavors are Customary
only, two are dual.  If this were 1995, I would assume they are using up old
stock.  I hope they are not selling 20 year stock.  Where does one complain
about FPLA compliance on a product with (limited) national distribution?
Federally, my home state, their home state?
