Section 6 of HB36 would indicate absolutely yes, although individual
speedometers in cars would probably still be the kind you see anywhere else
in the US.

15.5 degrees Celsius.")

However, since the bill got absolutely nowhere last legislative session, I
would guess that barring some outside influence the thing is basically dead
in committee.
