I know that leading zeros belong there. I graduated from college-level
math. I had intentionally left the zeros off for the visual effect of a
ballanced graphic, but after considering constructive criticism, I conclude
that the benefit of graphic ballance is not worth the disadvantage of
appearing to recklessly abandon mathematical accuracy.

David,
I am glad you did. You are good sport. I think that the missing
leading zero, that my students miss too, is left behind from the time
calculators and computers did not have enough memory and needed to save
on every single bit.

OK Brian. I added zeros to the graphic. I appreciate your
constructive criticism. Thank you.
