units in my manuscript. The reasoning for the units and against dual
dimensioning went something like this:*

problem is that Americans use so many units for energy (e.g., calorie,
Btu, kilowatt hour, ft-lb) that I am at a loss as to which one to select
since different profession use one or more of them. Four parenthesis? ......
