Working with gallons and ounces is more complicated than liters and milliliters, it is less subject to error, and can be worked easily as percentage. Thank you for your consideration. You ask a very good question that we get every now and then regarding working with metric. It is always something we consider year after year, but although the requests come in they are not overwhelming. So we leave it the way it is because most people are still comfortable with it.
