For senators, give them something they can brag about... meaning money
talk. Find studies how much Canada's businesses saved after transitioning,
how much less mistakes were made, how much they increased revenue related
to import/export, how much it saved on education. Simple words, ELI5 style.
If they cannot repeat the case after reading it once or twice, it won't
matter what the arguments are.
