I remember many years ago renewing International Flight Crew ID, I believe it was Universal Aviation https://www.universalaviation.aero/ But I clearly wrote down in the height and weight box 173 cm 67 kg. I came back that my Height was 67 inches and my weight 173 pounds. I had to call them and get it changed, which they did. Again, why have feet and inches on an international ID?
