The labeling may say milliliters, but some measuring devices are still dually
labeled. Tonight, I wrote to one of the large distributors:

Dear Walgreens,

While shopping for a measuring spoon today, I noticed that your Medicine Spoon
& Dropper Product set remains dual-labeled in teaspoons and milliliters.

During 2018, the Drug Facts consumer labeling on U.S. OTC liquid medications
began to display the medication dosing volume in milliliters only, thus
eliminating any further possible confusion between two systems of measurement.
The measuring cups provided with those products by their manufacturers are now
scaled in milliliters only.

Your Medicine Spoon and Dropper product should be redesigned to measure
medication volume in milliliters only, to coincide with the medication safety
changeover to metric measurement only.

Sincerely,
