2.7 km is equal to 2.3 km. This suggests to me that whoever did the conversion was told to always round UP, which, as every schoolboy knows, is incorrect.

WLOS changed it to 3 mi. I sent a comment to WLOS. I was awake in bed at the time and felt horizontal shaking (north- south, I think) and heard things making noises. I submitted a DYFI report as soon as the shaking stopped, then told a group of local people on Slack.
