I had to fill out a medical form for a home test I was taking. The form askes 
for my height and weight but allows entry in Ft/In or CM and LBS or KG.  Be 
nicer if it asked for mass and also they had the units correct (Cm, Kg) but 
it's a start. Of course I used the metric notation.
