Looks like a fairly successful request to use metric!
"Thank you for your reply. Each new recipe will include grams/mL along with
volume measurements. You can see an example here:

https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bobsredmill.com%2Frecipes%2Fhow-to-make%2Fcroquembouche&data=04%7C01%7Cusma%40lists.colostate.edu%7C57f9c4f5cac646f42dcb08d9b9069dc7%7Cafb58802ff7a4bb1ab21367ff2ecfc8b%7C0%7C0%7C637744260332780870%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=Bb88%2BDoyDTuTk700My%2BmmFpR2t6pPkpZcmRbqPz53wY%3D&reserved=0

Older recipes will be edited as well, but this process is manual and takes
a significant amount of time, so if there is a recipe you are interested in
that does not include weight measurements, please let us know, and we can
see if weights are able to be provided."
