From my observations in South Africa, road signs that face north fade far quicker than those that face south. I suspect that the same is true of the I19 except that being in the Northern Hemisphere, the south-facing signs will fade faster. Consequently it will be difficult to change all the signs at the same time.

I have never heard Trump using metric terms at all. I don't feel he likes the metric system and he's probably not even knowledgeable about it. He's going on 78 yrs old most of those people hate the system unfortunately.
