* Bugfix: Let (WAIT-FOR-INPUT NIL &TIMEOUT) return NIL with respect to TIMEOUT.
* Bugfix: [LW] fixed loading in LispWorks 5.x & 6.x.
* Bugfix: [LW] fixed SOCKET-SHUTDOWN in all versions.
