antenna

When I load the sdimage-gnradio-demo.direct SD card image from
files.ettus.com/e3xx_images/alpha/fido-rfnoc-test folder into my E310
any attempt to run the E310, including uhd_usrp_probe, results in the
error:
-- Detecting internal GPSDO....
UHD Error:
An error occured making GPSDO control: RuntimeE[] axi-fpga
40000000.axi-fpga: in axi_fpga_release
rror: Didn't get an ACK for antenna configuration.
Segmentation fault
This is with absolutely no modifications to the image. I tried it
twice. The newer image in the fido-test directory doesn't have this
problem.

There are some additional steps needed until we get the new gps code
synced with the images.
Remove the gps related files in /etc/rc5.d. I think that is all, but if
you look in the list archives, you'll find some emails with close to
exact steps.

Subject: [USRP-users] E310 timed commands

I noticed in the online manual that timed commands are shown as
available in the FPGA. When I attempt timed antenna switching commands
using the method in the UHD examples and that works on the B210 and X310
I get an error that timed commands have not been implemented. So far
I've tried the dizzy and latest fido (non-rfnoc) SD card images. Will
this be implemented, or has the API changed?
