This is a USRP question rather than a GNU Radio one so I've copied your

It looks like you have BasicRX and BasicTX daugtherboards installed, is
that correct? Those daughterboards expose the I and Q channels
independently to SMA connectors. You can read about how to use them in
different configurations on this page in the manual.
