The txrx_loopback_to_file example saves data on multiple rx channels. Additionally, there is a utility called "kitchen_sink" in the tools folder that can also do the trick. This is not compiled by default so you will have to do so manually. However, it presently won't compile (error about "msg_handler") so you can view it as an example or else debug/fix the compile error if you want to run it.
