Since the X310 uses the external CSV calibration file to set the DC offset,
perhaps this operation of manually setting a value also disables the
automatic correction??  Or, perhaps I am fooling myself into thinking that
the correction typically remains static on this device.  In any case, I was
able to disable the correction in my rfnoc project by setting the
appropriate field in the property_tree.  The following shows the tree entry
assuming mboard=0, radio=0, port=0:

/mboards/0/xbar/Radio_0/rx_fe_corrections/0/dc_offset/enable
