Hi Marcus,
Thank you for your reply, your advice will be very helpful for me, but
I have another question. We have made the 2 tx timed-aligned
automatically by using multi_usrp object, so how can we make the 1rx
and 2 tx timed-aligned automatically next step?
There are examples, like rx_timed_samples that you could look at in the
UHD source code. That's why those examples are there.
There is also the Ettus knowledge base:

In particular:

Hi friend,
Thank you for your reply. I mean how to solve the problem of time
synchronization and clock synchronization in the process of
building MISO system in e310, after all, I require 2 tx and 1 rx
to send signals simultaneously.
If the TX channels are in the same multi_usrp object in the same
streamer, they'll be time-aligned automatically.

Hi friend,
I am a user of ettus e310 ,and I have installed uhd
3.9.2. In the e310, there are 2 rx and 2 tx. I want to build
a MISO system, where 2 tx sends signals, 1 rx receives
signals at the same time, I only have one e310, will it be
possible to make the three parts work synchronously?
Best regard!

If you have 2 TX, you have to have 2 RX as well, but you can
simply ignore the 2nd channel.
