Hi Jon,

If you are following this app note [0], I would recommend starting with the
release-4 image. The pre-3.15 MPM based image that has been released is
currently a "beta" release. It lacks several of the dependencies required
to build out GNU Radio. We are working on a new release and hope to have it
posted soon.
