Hey Borja,

Is this still on your radar? I know that there have been a handful of
timing fixes added to the 3.15-LTS branch of UHD that might be worth trying
out. It could also be an issue with the example - I'm not sure I've spent
much time with ./test_clock_synch, but I'd be interested in testing this
out if it's still an issue on the latest versions of UHD.
