Your description is insufficient in detail for anyone to give you any advice at all.
The USRP does not transmit from It’s RX2 input, so I’m not sure what you expect to see on your spectrum analyzer. You haven’t said exactly how and what you’re transmitting—what tools and applications, nor how they’re configured.
