So, I"m just looking again at your Spectrum Analyser traces.
It looks like there's a little bit better than 30dB LO suppression in
your TX signal. That's not splendid, but it's not horrible, either.
I would suggest using offset tuning to move the LO leakage out-of-band
with respect to your carrier signal.
