Wade, Thank you for the feedback, that is very helpful. It would be tremendously helpful if the excluded simulation information eventually makes its way into the online documentation since the online manual and knowledge is most likely to be reviewed prior endeavoring on a project.
I have been referring to UG900. It appears that the generic interface bundles and hierarchical references of parameters are some of the initial hurdles to get the Ethernet simulations up and running in the Vivado simulator.
