Hi Eugene,
Your question is pretty similar to a recent post "X440 X4_400 with DDC not
working".  It seems that the DDC has a maximum clock rate that is smaller
than needed in order to handle a high sample rate (e.g., 500 MS/s) coming
from the radio.  The latter is needed to capture the full RF bandwidth that
you need to include both L1 and L2. Take a look at that other post to see
if anything is helpful.  There may not be an easy answer....
