No, I am not trying to import the hurricane nor the SS18, so do not get lure by the subject of my email. I only wonder if this kind of vehicle being so large could get a tag and be road safe. I think that if imported, it can only come in as a tractor or an off road vehicle and not as an ordinary Ziguli. I do not know the EPA or DOT restrictions that apply to this thing. I think it is just too wide for the ordinary road.

The factory was still there but derelect, apparently his father worked there for many years. The family had a dacha outside the town where they grew most of their provisions.Irrigation for the land was provided by a huge green water tank about 30ft high that my friend informed me was part of an SS18 missile, so these things clearly had peaceful uses as well.
